We implement professional exchange programs in a wide variety of fields through the following:
IVLP International Visitor Leadership Program
U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. Implemented through the Global Ties U.S. Network, of which we are a community-based member. Most of our visitors come to Kalamazoo through this prestigious program.

U.S.-Russia Peer-to-Peer Dialogue Program - Empowerment Initiative
One year cooperation agreement with the U.S. Embassy in Moscow (2018), implemented two in-person exchanges, one in the U.S. and one in Russia, as well as virtual training in NGO management best practices.
